Application Packets for Planning Department Items in All Rural Areas of the County

The following application packets are listed for all items for the Minnehaha County Planning & Zoning Department.  Each packet includes a brief description of the item, a checklist of required materials, and the application form.  Application forms and materials must be submitted in person and with payment by the applicant or representative.

 

Please note, the type of project and location of parcel the project is located may alter what application is required or how the application is processed. Minnehaha County shares a joint ordinance with Sioux Falls and Dell Rapids in an area surrounding each city. The location of these joint jurisdictional boundaries are found here:
